★Description of This App
With this app, you can check out a slide show of beautiful night views from every corner of the world without setting foot outside your door. The pictures will be shown in full size (1024 x 768) on an iPad. Feast your eyes on breathtaking scenes in beautiful high resolution.

145 photos from 40 cities and 19 countries are waiting here for you to discover. They are the photos of a 20-year project by Atsushi Malta and Motoo Marumaru, Japanese brothers who possess the world’s only titles of Night View Photographer and Night View Critic, respectively.

We offer not only night views of must-see cities such as New York, Paris, Venice, Monaco and Tokyo, but also those of more exotic locales such as Morocco and Cape Town in Africa, Dubai in the Middle East and Rio de Janeiro and Bolivia in South America.

Starting a slide show in TRAVEL MODE is easy: Touch the panel that looks like a boarding gate at the airport and you will see the icon of the world map. Touch the button of the cities of your choosing and your flight route will appear. Once you finish selecting your destinations, press “DEPARTURE” on the upper right of the screen.

When you hear the flight attendant’s announcement and the jet tone of the airplane for takeoff, the slide show begins.

The slide show has three functions:
1.“SHOW INFO” describes the city/country and detail description of the night view.
2.“DISPLAY THE MAP” shows where the night spot is located on the earth.
3.“SETTING PANEL” includes functions that allow you to adjust the slide intervals, show or hide the picture titles and select and play music.

There is also CATEGORY MODE. In this mode you can enjoy watching night views BY CATEGORY such as PANORAMA (seen from mountain tops or observatories), ARCHITECTURE (skyscrapers and bridges), CITY (cities and streets with bright lights), NATURE (such as mountains and rivers) and ART & DESIGN (with great compositions). You can also select night views BY COLOR SCHEME.
